Trend: Over-the-knee boots

My latest obsession are over-the-knee boots, which were seen on all over the autumn/winter catwalks in different shades and shapes. From Celebrities to digital influencers and stylists- everybody has a pair in their wardrobe, which means that over-the-knee boots are a biggie. On the catwalk they look effortlessly chic, but on a daily basis they are a little difficult to combine. Even if they are challenging it does not mean they are not worth a try.
Whetere you are curvy, petite or tall you should step up your game. Over-the-knee boots are a must have piece like a classic blazer.
I combined my over-the-knee boots of Suart Weitzman with a classical trench coat of Zara, a pair of jeans,a hat of H&M, a watch of Daniel Wellington, 2 rings of H&M, a Laptop Case of Longchamp and my poncho of Burberry.

And here are my styling lessons and to get your shopping started:

Tall girls:
If you do not want to draw to much attention to your height, than the easiest way would be to wear understated shapes up top. You can wear an easy sweater dress and that  gives a little breathing room between your boots and your hemline.

Curvy girls:

Girls that have curves can absolutely rock these boots. Combine it with a pair of dark denim in a similar hue or a long skirt. As for the top you can easily wear a long sweater or blouse that hit below the hip and combine it with a jacket perched on your shoulders. This gives you a streetstyle vibe. You can even embrace your curves by wearing a figure-hugging separates like Kim Kardashian.
Athletic girls:

Over-the-knee boots are a great way to accentuate the leg line. Wear a tight or jeans that are in the same dark color as your boots. The important thing is that you keep it classy by wearing a blazer and a scarf. A belt at the waist will help you to further slim your frame.

For petites:

If you are a petite girl it is important to show your shapes by wearing a miniskirt that leaves plenty of space between the boot and the hemline.

For the office:

If you would like to bring this look to work be sure to keep your upper thighs covered. Keep the top more classic with a button-down shirt, a blazer or a turtleneck.
